Your appointment is reserved just for you. To respect everyone's time, we require that you notify us at least 24 hrs in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost. We understand that emergencies happen and will offer flexibility in certain circumstances. However, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged the cancellation fee. Clients who repeatedly cancel with less than 24 hours' notice will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments. This deposit will go toward the service total but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled late or missed. *By booking, you agree to these terms and waive your right to dispute any associated payments. Future appointments will not be scheduled until cancellation fees are paid. The cancellation fee only applies if the policy is violated. If you cancel in time or attend your appointment, no fee will be charged, and full payment will be due at checkout.
